1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Android application PZB Assist (the “Application” or “App”), provided by Marek Hovorka (the “Developer”, “Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
PZB Assist is an informational, educational, and simulation-oriented reference application relating to selected aspects of PZB 90 train protection supervision.
These Terms form part of the legal relationship between you and the Developer concerning your use of the Application.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
2. Acceptance and Applicability of These Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing functionality in, or using the Application, you acknowledge that your use is subject to these Terms.
Where applicable law requires affirmative consent to a particular contractual provision, purchase, change, or other arrangement, that provision applies only to the extent the legally required consent or acceptance has been obtained.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Application.
Your use of Google Play and other third-party services may also be subject to separate terms issued by their respective providers.
3. Eligibility and Legal Capacity
You may use the Application only if you have sufficient legal capacity under the law applicable to you.
If you have not reached the age at which you may independently enter into the relevant contract under applicable law, you may use the Application only with any authorization, supervision, or consent required from your parent or legal guardian.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to impose an arbitrary age restriction where one is not required by law.
4. Nature and Scope of PZB Assist
PZB Assist is a reference and simulation aid, not a complete implementation of PZB and not an operational railway safety system.
The current Application focuses on selected aspects of normal PZB 90 supervision, including:
- the time-based portion of normal 1000 Hz supervision;
- normal 500 Hz distance-based supervision;
- PZB modes O, M, and U;
- graphical visualization of reference supervision values;
- related educational guidance;
- audio and haptic feedback; and
- user-selectable settings.
The Application does not model or represent every possible PZB operating state, intervention, supervision mode, train-protection condition, operational rule, or railway circumstance.
In particular, functionality described by the current Application does not constitute a complete model of matters such as 2000 Hz intervention, restrictive supervision, start program behavior, release from supervision, overlapping supervision sequences, or all distance-dependent aspects of 1000 Hz supervision.
The Application must therefore never be understood as a complete representation of the behavior of actual PZB equipment.
5. PZB Reference Data and Calculated Values
The current version of the Application identifies DB InfraGO Ril 483.0101, effective from December 14, 2025, as a reference for the PZB values represented within the Application.
The Application’s 1000 Hz functionality represents the selected time-based supervision curve implemented by the Application.
For 500 Hz supervision, the Application uses specified endpoint/reference values and calculates the intermediate portion of the displayed curve using its implemented mathematical model, including a constant-deceleration approach. Consequently, not every intermediate value displayed by the Application should be understood as a separately published or certified normative value.
Reference material, rules, regulations, documentation, mathematical models, and implementation assumptions may be incomplete, misunderstood, superseded, amended, or interpreted differently in specific operational contexts.
The Developer does not warrant that any particular reference remains current after the Application’s publication or update date.
6. Railway Safety and Real-World Operational Use
PZB ASSIST IS NOT CERTIFIED, APPROVED, OR INTENDED TO FUNCTION AS RAILWAY TRAIN-PROTECTION EQUIPMENT, AN OPERATIONAL SAFETY DEVICE, A CERTIFIED MEASURING INSTRUMENT, OR AN OFFICIAL SOURCE OF OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.
The Application is intended primarily for educational purposes, personal reference, and use in connection with railway simulation.
You must not rely on PZB Assist as a substitute for any:
- installed PZB or train-protection equipment;
- cab indication;
- signal;
- official railway operating rule;
- infrastructure-manager instruction;
- railway-undertaking instruction;
- train data;
- operating procedure;
- technical manual;
- certified training material;
- official documentation;
- professional railway instruction;
- safety system;
- certified measuring instrument; or
- professional judgment.
In real railway operation, the applicable official rules, authorized instructions, signals, train-protection systems, installed equipment, operational documentation, and decisions of qualified personnel always take precedence over the Application.
You must not use the Application to determine whether it is safe or lawful to accelerate, brake, acknowledge PZB, release from supervision, select a PZB mode, pass a signal, operate a train, or perform any other safety-critical railway action.
If the Application and an official system, rule, indication, instruction, or procedure differ, the Application must be disregarded.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that use of a mobile device does not distract you from any safety-critical activity.
7. No Professional Advice
Information displayed by the Application is provided for informational, educational, and simulation-related purposes.
It does not constitute professional railway, transport, engineering, safety, or operational advice.
The Application is not a replacement for qualified training, certification, professional instruction, or official documentation.
8. License to Use the Application
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, the Developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Application on compatible devices for lawful purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or any intellectual-property rights to you.
For consumers who have acquired paid digital functionality, revocation of the license will not be exercised in a manner intended to circumvent mandatory contractual or statutory rights.
9. Intellectual Property
To the extent owned or lawfully licensed by the Developer, the Application and its original components, including its:
- source code;
- object code;
- architecture;
- algorithms;
- application-specific calculations;
- user-interface design;
- graphics;
- icons;
- layouts;
- text;
- documentation;
- databases;
- software structure; and
- original branding
are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where expressly permitted by these Terms, applicable open-source licenses, or mandatory law, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publish, modify, exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected parts of the Application.
Any statutory rights to decompile, reverse engineer, observe, study, test, or otherwise interact with software that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Third-Party Rights and No Affiliation
Third-party names, railway terminology, technical standards, documentation references, trademarks, service marks, product names, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
No ownership over third-party materials is claimed merely because they are referenced by the Application.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, PZB Assist is an independent application and is not an official application of, sponsored by, approved by, certified by, or affiliated with DB InfraGO, Deutsche Bahn, any railway undertaking, infrastructure manager, rolling-stock manufacturer, train-protection-system manufacturer, or railway-simulator developer.
A reference to a third party is not an endorsement by that third party.
11. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Application to:
- violate applicable law;
- facilitate unlawful or fraudulent activity;
- interfere with, damage, overload, or disrupt the Application or associated third-party services;
- bypass security, access-control, advertising, licensing, purchase, or technical restrictions without lawful authorization;
- exploit vulnerabilities for malicious purposes;
- introduce malware or malicious code;
- impersonate another person;
- manipulate Google Play purchase status or payment mechanisms;
- fraudulently obtain paid or rewarded functionality;
- falsify or interfere with advertising events or rewards;
- commercially redistribute the Application without authorization;
- use protected Application content in violation of intellectual-property rights;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or services used by the Application; or
- use the Application as a safety-critical railway system contrary to Section 6.
Reverse-engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not restrict mandatory statutory exceptions.
12. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- selecting the appropriate PZB mode for your simulation or educational context;
- starting timers or supervision references at the appropriate time;
- manually entering or adjusting any required reference information accurately;
- verifying any important information independently;
- maintaining a compatible device;
- maintaining any internet connection required by third-party services;
- maintaining access to your Google Play account where needed for purchases;
- complying with applicable law;
- following official railway rules where real-world railway matters are involved; and
- using your own judgment rather than treating Application output as authoritative.
The Developer is not responsible for consequences caused by incorrect user input, incorrect mode selection, incorrect timing, misunderstanding of the Application, or use outside its intended scope, except to the extent such responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Accuracy, Errors, and Limitations
Although reasonable efforts may be made to provide accurate functionality, the Application may contain errors.
Potential sources of error include, without limitation:
- programming defects;
- calculation defects;
- rounding;
- timing differences;
- device scheduling behavior;
- device performance;
- operating-system behavior;
- interrupted or suspended application execution;
- incorrect user input;
- incorrect mode selection;
- inaccurate assumptions;
- outdated source material;
- incomplete source material;
- changed railway rules;
- localization or translation errors;
- third-party software failures; and
- device-specific incompatibilities.
No displayed speed, timer, target, supervision value, graph, warning, sound, vibration, or textual explanation should be assumed to be infallible.
14. Device Time, Timing, and Measurements
Timing displayed or calculated by the Application depends on software execution and the characteristics of the user’s device.
Mobile operating systems may interrupt, delay, throttle, pause, reschedule, or terminate application processes.
The Application is not a calibrated timekeeping, speed-measuring, distance-measuring, or railway-measuring instrument.
Displayed values must not be used as certified measurements.
15. Audio, Haptic Feedback, and Screen Behavior
The Application may provide audio cues, vibration/haptic feedback, or an option to keep the display active.
Such feedback is supplementary only.
Failure to hear, feel, or receive an alert does not imply that a relevant event did not occur. Device settings, accessibility settings, volume, battery-saving functionality, background restrictions, operating-system behavior, hardware faults, and other conditions may prevent or modify feedback.
Keeping a screen active may increase battery consumption. Advertising and other online functionality may consume network data.
You are responsible for your device, data plan, battery use, and associated costs unless applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Application Availability
The Developer does not guarantee that the Application will be:
- continuously available;
- uninterrupted;
- error-free;
- secure from every possible threat;
- compatible with every device;
- compatible with every future Android version;
- compatible with every OEM modification;
- available in every country;
- supported indefinitely; or
- permanently available through Google Play.
Availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, bugs, operating-system changes, compatibility changes, Google Play changes, Google service outages, advertising-service failures, network failures, device configuration, legal requirements, or circumstances outside the Developer’s reasonable control.
No service-level or uptime commitment is created by these Terms.
17. Updates and Changes to the Application
The Developer may reasonably update, correct, improve, redesign, replace, add, remove, limit, or discontinue parts of the Application where permitted by law.
Reasons may include:
- security;
- technical maintenance;
- bug fixes;
- compatibility;
- legal compliance;
- changes to railway reference material;
- changes to third-party services;
- Google Play requirements;
- advertising requirements;
- product development; or
- discontinuation of unsupported functionality.
Where mandatory law grants consumers rights concerning updates, continued supply, conformity, or modifications of digital content or digital services, those rights remain unaffected. EU rules concerning conformity and remedies for digital content and digital services provide mandatory consumer protections that contractual wording cannot simply remove.
For paid functionality, the Developer will not use an Application update solely as a device to deprive consumers of mandatory rights associated with a valid purchase.
18. Compatibility
Use of PZB Assist depends on a compatible Android device and may depend on:
- Android version;
- device hardware;
- manufacturer modifications;
- system configuration;
- permissions;
- available memory and processing capacity;
- Google Play components;
- network availability; and
- third-party SDK compatibility.
The Developer does not guarantee support for every hardware or software configuration.
19. Third-Party Services
The Application currently integrates or relies on third-party functionality that may include:
- Google Play distribution;
- Google Play Billing;
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob;
- Google’s User Messaging Platform; and
- related Google services necessary for those functions.
These services are controlled by third parties and may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, technical restrictions, availability, geographic limitations, or account requirements.
Third-party services may change, suspend functionality, experience outages, alter APIs, reject transactions, modify policies, or cease operating without the Developer controlling those events.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that mandatory law places on the Developer.
20. Advertising
The free or advertising-supported version of PZB Assist may display third-party advertising.
The current Application may use advertising formats including:
- banners;
- native advertising;
- app-open advertising; and
- rewarded interstitial advertising.
Advertisements may contain text, images, video, interactive material, or links supplied by third-party advertising providers or advertisers.
The appearance of an advertisement in PZB Assist does not, by itself, mean that the Developer endorses, recommends, verifies, or guarantees the advertiser, product, service, website, statement, or offer appearing in that advertisement.
The Developer does not control all advertiser content or destination websites.
Advertising availability, frequency, format, content, and relevance may vary according to availability, consent status, device or account settings, geography, legal requirements, advertising-provider decisions, and inventory.
21. Rewarded Advertising and Temporary Ad-Free Access
Where available, the Application may offer an optional rewarded advertisement in exchange for 30 minutes of temporary ad-free use.
The rewarded flow may be offered from Settings and, where implemented, following certain user actions such as a confirmed change of PZB mode.
The Application provides an opportunity to decline or skip the rewarded offer. Declining the offer does not prevent normal use of the underlying Application function.
The temporary reward is granted only when the advertising SDK reports that the applicable reward requirements were satisfied.
Closing, skipping, failing to load, or otherwise not completing the qualifying rewarded advertisement may result in no reward being granted.
The temporary reward:
- is not cash;
- has no cash value;
- is not transferable;
- is usable only within PZB Assist; and
- expires automatically after the stated period.
These mechanics reflect Google’s current requirement that rewarded-ad users receive a clear description of the reward and be able to decline rewarded-interstitial participation without losing normal app functionality.
Availability of rewarded advertising is not guaranteed.
22. One-Time “Remove Ads” Purchase
The Application may offer a Google Play one-time product identified by the Application as Remove Ads.
Where offered, this is intended to be a non-consumable, one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.
The price applicable to you is the price displayed through Google Play before you confirm the transaction. Taxes, currency conversion, payment methods, and other checkout details may depend on Google Play and your location.
Google Play’s billing system is used for this in-app purchase. Google Play’s current payments policy specifically treats ad-free application functionality as digital functionality ordinarily sold through Google Play Billing in Play-distributed applications.
A purchase is considered effective for Application entitlement purposes only after Google Play reports an appropriate completed purchase state.
A pending transaction does not unlock permanent ad-free status until it becomes a completed valid purchase.
Where supported, the Application checks Google Play for ownership of the purchase. Restoration or recognition of the entitlement may therefore require:
- the Google account associated with the purchase;
- access to Google Play services;
- a successful billing-service connection; and
- Google Play continuing to report valid ownership.
If a purchase is cancelled, refunded, reversed, revoked, found invalid, or otherwise ceases to be recognized by Google Play, the associated entitlement may cease to apply, subject to applicable law.
23. Meaning of “Permanent” Ad Removal
References in the Application to permanent ad removal mean that a valid non-consumable Remove Ads entitlement is intended to disable Developer-controlled advertising in supported versions of PZB Assist without requiring recurring payment.
“Permanent” does not mean that:
- the Application itself is guaranteed to exist forever;
- every future operating system will remain compatible;
- Google Play will operate forever;
- every future version or successor product must remain identical;
- the Developer assumes an obligation to maintain the Application indefinitely; or
- third-party services are guaranteed perpetual availability.
Any discontinuation or material change remains subject to mandatory consumer rights relating to paid digital content or functionality.
24. Refunds, Withdrawal, and Statutory Purchase Rights
Nothing in these Terms removes any refund, withdrawal, conformity, repair, price-reduction, termination, or other remedy that you have under mandatory law.
Google Play may provide mechanisms for requesting refunds, and the Developer may also be contacted regarding purchase problems where appropriate. Google states that developers may process refunds subject to their policies and applicable law.
Where mandatory law provides a withdrawal period for a distance contract or digital supply, that right applies according to law.
For digital content supplied immediately, applicable consumer law may permit the ordinary withdrawal right to cease where all statutory requirements—including any necessary prior express consent and acknowledgment—have validly been satisfied.
These Terms do not independently declare that you have waived a statutory withdrawal right.
25. No Recurring Subscription in the Current Offering
The monetization model addressed by these Terms concerns advertising, optional rewarded ad-free access, and the one-time Remove Ads product.
It does not describe a recurring PZB Assist subscription.
If subscriptions are introduced in a future version, the applicable subscription price, renewal terms, billing period, cancellation mechanism, and other legally required information must be disclosed at the time of purchase and may be governed by updated Terms.
26. Privacy
Processing of personal data and information associated with third-party SDKs is addressed separately in the PZB Assist Privacy Policy:
These Terms do not replace the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads, consent-management services, and Google Play may process information under their own privacy terms and applicable law.
27. Local Settings and Data Loss
The Application may store local settings and local state on your device.
Such local information may include settings such as:
- selected PZB mode;
- sound preferences;
- haptic preferences;
- screen-on preference;
- theme;
- selected language;
- onboarding state; and
- the expiry state of a temporary rewarded ad-free period.
Local data may be lost or reset if, for example, you:
- uninstall the Application;
- clear Application data;
- reset or replace your device;
- alter operating-system storage;
- use system cleanup tools; or
- encounter device or software failure.
You should not treat local Application state as permanent storage.
Permanent Remove Ads ownership is dependent on valid Google Play purchase ownership rather than solely on a local Application setting, and may be restored only after ownership can be confirmed.
The Developer is not responsible for loss of non-critical local preferences or temporary reward state to the maximum extent permitted by law.
28. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED WITHOUT CONTRACTUAL WARRANTIES BEYOND THOSE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED AND WITHOUT VOLUNTARY GUARANTEES THAT ARE NOT EXPRESSLY STATED.
To the maximum extent legally permitted, the Developer does not warrant that:
- every value is accurate;
- railway reference material remains current;
- every calculation is error-free;
- the Application models every PZB behavior;
- operation will be uninterrupted;
- all defects will be corrected;
- the Application will meet every user’s expectations;
- every Android device will remain compatible;
- every third-party service will remain available;
- advertisements will always be available;
- rewarded ads will always load;
- purchases will always be immediately recognized; or
- the Application is suitable for safety-critical, professional, operational, or certified use.
This section does not exclude or restrict any mandatory statutory guarantee, conformity obligation, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. EU consumer law specifically preserves remedies in the event of a lack of conformity of digital content or services.
29. Limitation of Liability
29.1 General principle
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, no provision is intended to exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other categories of liability that applicable mandatory law prohibits from being excluded or limited.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
29.2 Excluded categories where legally permissible
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or purely economic losses arising from or connected with the use or inability to use the Application, including where legally excludable:
- loss of profit;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of opportunity;
- business interruption;
- loss of goodwill;
- loss of non-critical local data;
- device or network costs;
- losses resulting from third-party services;
- losses resulting from service outages;
- losses caused by device incompatibility;
- losses caused by inaccurate user input;
- losses caused by incorrect timing or PZB mode selection;
- losses caused by reliance on Application values;
- losses arising from outdated railway reference material; or
- losses caused by use outside the Application’s intended educational or simulation purpose.
29.3 Railway and safety-critical reliance
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not responsible for loss, damage, operational consequences, penalties, delays, incidents, or other consequences arising because a person used or relied upon PZB Assist instead of official railway systems, rules, instructions, documentation, equipment, or professional judgment.
This provision does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
29.4 Business users
If you use the Application wholly or mainly in the course of a trade, business, profession, or commercial activity rather than as a consumer, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer’s aggregate contractual liability arising from the Application shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by that business user to the Developer for PZB Assist during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This cap does not apply where such limitation is prohibited by law.
29.5 Consumers
For consumers, every exclusion and limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent it is permitted under the mandatory consumer law applicable to the relevant contract.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to create an unfair contractual term or deprive a consumer of rights that must remain available under applicable law.
30. Misuse and Responsibility for Unlawful Conduct
You remain responsible under applicable law for losses or damage directly caused by your unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or intentionally abusive conduct.
Consumers are not required by these Terms to provide an unlimited or disproportionate indemnity.
If you act as a business user, you shall, to the extent permitted by law, compensate the Developer for reasonable losses, liabilities, or costs directly resulting from your unlawful commercial misuse of the Application or intentional infringement of the Developer’s rights.
31. Suspension or Restriction
Where technically possible and legally permitted, access to paid or online functionality may be restricted where reasonably necessary because of:
- fraud;
- invalid or reversed payment;
- deliberate abuse;
- security threats;
- unlawful use;
- manipulation of purchase systems;
- interference with third-party services; or
- a legal obligation.
Any restriction remains subject to mandatory consumer rights.
32. Discontinuation of the Application
The Developer does not promise to develop, maintain, publish, or support PZB Assist indefinitely.
The Application or particular features may eventually be discontinued for legitimate technical, economic, security, legal, compatibility, policy, or development reasons.
Where discontinuation affects paid digital functionality, any mandatory rights or remedies arising under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
33. Changes to These Terms
The Developer may update these Terms where reasonably necessary.
Changes may be made for reasons including:
- clarification;
- correction of errors;
- changes in law;
- regulatory requirements;
- Google Play or third-party policy changes;
- security;
- new Application functionality;
- monetization changes; or
- changes to the contractual relationship.
Minor editorial or clarification changes may take effect when published where permitted by law.
For material changes affecting existing contractual rights or obligations, any notice, consent, advance information, or other procedure required by applicable law will be provided.
Merely publishing a change will not be treated as sufficient to bind a consumer where applicable law requires a different process.
34. Force Majeure and Events Outside Reasonable Control
To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- war;
- civil unrest;
- governmental action;
- widespread telecommunications failures;
- power outages;
- cloud or infrastructure outages;
- major cyberattacks;
- failures of Google or other third-party platforms;
- epidemics or pandemics;
- strikes; or
- other extraordinary events.
This section does not remove statutory obligations that continue to apply despite such an event.
35. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, except to the extent mandatory rules require otherwise.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that would apply to you notwithstanding the choice of Czech law.
For qualifying EU consumer contracts, Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation protects mandatory rules of the consumer’s habitual residence notwithstanding an otherwise applicable choice of law.
36. Jurisdiction
If you are a consumer, disputes may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under the mandatory rules applicable to consumer contracts.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively before a Czech court where mandatory law grants the consumer another forum.
EU consumer-jurisdiction rules provide specific protections concerning where proceedings against or by consumers may be brought.
If you are acting wholly in the course of trade, business, craft, or profession and mandatory law permits such an agreement, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Czech Republic having territorial jurisdiction for the Developer’s domicile.
37. Consumer Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution
If you are a consumer and have a complaint, you are encouraged to contact the Developer first at:
so that an attempt can be made to resolve the matter directly.
Where the applicable requirements are met, Czech consumers may also use the alternative dispute-resolution system administered by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI). The ČOI currently acts as an ADR entity for qualifying consumer disputes under Czech consumer-protection law.
Current central contact address:
Czech Trade Inspection Authority
Gorazdova 1969/24

ČOI — Alternative Dispute Resolution information
Use of ADR does not deprive either party of rights that applicable law preserves.
38. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that determination shall not automatically invalidate the remaining provisions.
The remaining Terms shall continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section authorizes the rewriting or reduction of mandatory consumer protections.
39. No Waiver
Failure or delay by the Developer in exercising a right under these Terms does not, by itself, constitute a permanent waiver of that right.
A waiver in one situation does not automatically constitute a waiver in another situation, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
40. Assignment and Transfer
To the extent permitted by law, the Developer may transfer relevant rights or obligations connected with the Application as part of a legitimate:
- transfer of the Application;
- transfer of business activities;
- restructuring;
- sale;
- succession; or
- similar transaction.
Any mandatory rights to notice, objection, termination, or other consumer protection remain unaffected.
Users may not transfer a personal Application license or Google Play entitlement except where transfer is permitted by the relevant platform and applicable law.
41. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated into them and any mandatory information provided at the point of a purchase, constitute the contractual terms governing use of the Application to the extent legally permissible.
The Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data and is not replaced by these Terms.
Nothing in this section excludes legally binding representations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
42. Language
These Terms are drafted in English.
Translations may be provided for convenience.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the English version is intended to serve as the reference version where translations differ.
However, this provision does not override any mandatory local-language requirement or any rule of applicable consumer law requiring a different interpretation.
